Strive today to find ways to keep that feeling with you and spread it to others you encounter. If you have feelings of sadness, feel it but don’t dwell in it. At every instance today, make it your activity to also seek out Joy. Find ways to stir up a change witin so that your vibrations are positive and can reflect into other areas of your life. Practicing gratitude is the simplest yet one of the most powerful ways next to prayer to take yourself away from your sadness. A lpt of times we are sad because we feel something is missing from our lives, but when you look towards what you do have and give thanks, you are more able to see what is not missing at all and can envision things in life more clearly. Solutions become more evident and your sadness starts to feel less, little by little or by alot, all depends on how you feel it. In either case, happy or sad, give thanks and move forward with trust that all is as it should be to help make you a better person. The Universe conspires in your favour ♡
