Handle with Care (you deserve it😉)

Blessed risings my loves! As we continue through the week, today’s Wellness reminder is to be gentle with yourself as you continue to work towards each goal you have set. Whether it be something simple like waking up 30mins early for some Me-time, or something more intricate like making steps to turn a hobby into a career, give yourself the time & space to get there.

I gave myself this same reminder this past 2 weeks, as I revisited my New Moon list for this cycle & see some progress but not as much as I hoped to see, I remember that things may not always happen the way you planned, goals may take longer to reach (especially when starting from scratch), but as long we have breath in our bodies & our health, we can make it on this journey. As long as I’m making the necessary steps towards my goals, they may not all start at the same time I put my mind to it but the act of writing it out, speaking it into my vibrations, prayer, are the initial stages that give me that extra push towards the greatness within.

Let go of the pains & mistakes of the past & embrace the lessons they taught you. This will help you regain a sense of Peace within & give you a brighter outlook on your future, one step at a time. Love yourself & be yourself. Peace & Love ♡☆

Motivation Monday: Every little step we take👣

Happy Monday & welcome back to the start of a new week😊

The Full Moon last night was beautiful, wasn’t it? If you didn’t get a chance to see it, that’s okay, it’s light shone on you too😘As the Full Moon has appeared & a new week has begun, let’s stay motivated to continue working towards our goals, whatever they may be, letting go of old nuances & allowing ourselves to appreciate every little step we take towards them.

In the energy of August’s last Full Moon until the Fall season, we are encouraged to release all that is no longer for us in our best interests, take comfort in knowing we continue to make it through, & being able set new goals (or make amendments to previous ones that need further attention).

If there’s anything I’ve learned from doing New & Full moon rituals is that we must take time to acknowledge the accomplishments we’ve made along our journeys. When we focus on things we haven’t done yet, we lose sight of the pieces we have that are paving the way for us to get to the goals we’ve set.

In gratitude, may we allow ourselves to honour & give thanks for the accomplpishments we have made along the way. There is so much Peace in that, knowing & accepting we are continued works in progress, always striving towards our best selves, no matter how big or small the strides are. We’re still moving forward & will get where we need to be.

Thoughtful Thursday: How do you deal with anxiety🤔

How do you deal with anxiety?

I often get asked this question & my first reply is to breathe. That is truly the first thing I do, is take a deep breath & get centered. It helps reduce the heart rate, clear the mind of the rambling that tends to happen when you’re anxious, & help you proceed with a much more calm demeanor. If it’s an anxious moment while alone, you know those times when we are in our minds replaying the mistakes we’ve made or perceived failures, after taking that deep breath I like to change my focus to the lessons learned from those situations that were less favourable, & start a gratitude list. Whether in my head or in my journal, I make a list of all the things, people, places, etc, that I am grateful for & send out a short prayer of thanksgiving into the Universe. When I’m done, whatever my worries were before that moment look a whole lot smaller & less burdensome. Gratitude works wonders!😍

Here are some other helpful tips for managing anxiety you can try:

-going for a short walk for some fresh air if you can;

-play your favorite song that makes you feel good;

-schedule yourself for an exercise class at your gym or local community centre (some are free of charge or included with gym memberships!);

-try a free meditation app for guided meditations;

-vent to a trusted friend or family member;

These are a just a few ideas but all of which I also do that I xan say are very helpful when those stressful days try toget the best of me. Let me know what you what works for you! Feel free to leave a comment in the comments section 😊

Many times we get caught up in the hardships we’ve experienced, the mistakes we’ve made, the times when we missed the marks, etc. Our minds run a muck in the muck & get stuck (lol didn’t plan the rhyme lol), & we lose sight of all we have to be grateful for. Monday Motivation: In my New Moon feelings…

Blessed risings & Happy Monday! I’m back from a mini-hiatus with a Motivation Monday message🙏🏾😌

With the heat & gorgeous Summer weather this weekend (yes, including the rain 😊), I was definitley inclined to push my snooze button one too many times (still made it out the house on time thoigh; yay!) I just wanted to one more day of weekending, & the struggle was too real as I rolled out of bed, yet I am always grateful for a new start to a new week.

That being said, we all struggle with something, we just can’t let it rob us of our joy & Peace. The Peace is what keeps us going when everything else seems to be falling apart. We become stronger in our Spirits when we face our troubles with courage, putting one foot in front of the other & never giving up on ourselves. This weekend’s New Moon gives us an opportunity to lift our positive vibrations & set inspiring goals to make steps towards accomplishing, all while being grateful for the steps we have made thus far.

So on that note, Happy Monday! As we get back into the groove of another week, let Peace be your guide, acknowledging what you are grateful for, operating in the vibrationof abundance, spending time doing things that bring us Joy, & with people that encourage our Peace of mind😍 Have a great day my Loves.
