“To every season, turn, turn,turn….”

Good morning ♡

I hope everyone had a Terrific Tuesday yesterday 🙂 Today’s Wellness Wednesday post is something to uplift you on this last official day of Summer. At times we feel a sense of loss when the Summer ends, as we say goodbye to longer & warmer days, outdoor swimming pools & beaches, barbecues & great seasonal recipes. No need to feel like you’re missing out, as all things in life have seasons. Nothing lasts forever but rather, they evolve into something different, something new. When we feel like we are missing something, it creates a sense of lack, a void space in our hearts that we feel only that one thing can fill.

But as with Nature, as seasons change, everything we need is right where we need it. In Winter we sleep more, the darkness is longer, & we take time to stay warm & keep close. This gives us yhe time we need to replenish. In the Spring, we start to bloom & branch out, getting ourselves ready for what’s in store after a season of hibernation & restoration. Summer time is the time to be out & about, exploring new things revisiting fun places creating new experiences, making use of the strength & knowledge we cultivated throughout the Winter & Spring. And last but not least,  Autumn brings forth the new changes, giving us time to reflect on the brightness & new lessons of the Summer, preparing us again for the slow down & coldness of Winter.

Mother Nature always gives us clues, that even though things change,  we are still going to be okay. We are simply but intricately on our way towards out better selves, one season at a time. Love yourself & be yourself. Peace & Love ♡☆

“If we had no winter, the spring would not be so pleasant: if we did not sometimes taste of adversity, prosperity would not be so welcome.”-Anne Bradstreet
