Good morning ♡
On the theme of Back to School & learning something new, it felt befitting to touch on the importance of learning. We never stop learning, whether it’s through formal education or life lessons, everything we experience is meant to teach us something. What have you learned, recently or in the past, that has taught you a valuable lesson? Whatever that lesson was, it has guided you along a better path for yourself, whether it was a pleasant lesson or a painful one. Today, take the time remember an important lesson you’ve learned, whether academically or personally, & give thanks for it. It was important for your growth. Also, make a point to learn something new. Maybe there’s a recipe you’d like to try or an activity you’d like to explore? Recently, I completed a course in Diabetes Education, a goal that I have been wanting to reach for many years, but certain circumstances prolonged the process of starting it. When I was accepted & began my studies, there were many times that I was nervous, presentations that I wasn’t sure I would be able to do well. Yet each step of the way, I was able to complete each assignment & pass my exams. When I received my certificate & grades, I remembered the importance of getting out of your comfort zone & doing something new. You never know what you’re capable of until you try. Im excited to start a new journey with Diabetes education, & working on future projects & workshops as well.Next on the list of new things to try: Aerial Yoga! 🙂 Have a blessed day my loves & believe in yourself! You can do it! Love yourself & be yourself. Peace & Love ♡☆
