Just be free!

Good morning ♡

We too often put ourselves into boxes, living under the conditions of what we think should be or what we think (or have been told) others want us to be. Unfortunately, this leads to alot of mixed feelings within. We begin to feel as though we are living double or conflicted lives & feel trapped into one reality. Fear may be holding us back but what is life without taking risks? It can be scary to make a life shifting decision because we don’t know what the outcome may be. We will never really know unless we make a move. So be free! Find things to be gratfeul for & free yourself from fear! Free yourself from living in a box & live not only the life you want to live but the life you know you need 🙂 Love yourself & be yourself. Peace & Love ♡ ☆

Activity: Finding is difficult to get out of your rutt? Making a list of Pros & Cons is a classic way to help yourself make an informed decision from a personal perspective about what you want to do. Being patient is key here because depending on the choice you are trying to make, this list make be long. As well, do your reasearch about the options you have. Learn more about each one to help you make an even more informed decision. It is so freeing to see clealry what your options truly are from each of these perspectives because now we can feel more confident in the decision we make. Remember, we can only plan so much & we may not always know all the variables, but if we equip ourselves with the information we need, we can make a decision that is most right for us. The key is that we have to make tha decision for us and not because of anyone else as we are living our lives ♡
