Power of the tongue

Good morning ♡

Welcome to Winter! That crept up on us didn’t it? Shovelling by early morning moonlight is defintely a task to say the least, but I embrace my turn in this task & give thanks for a driveway to even shovel & there’s something about the early morning stillness that energizes the Spirit (plus I got those early morning squats in! Yay!) Be safe out there lovelies & keep warm ♡ Today’s daily is about the power of the tongue. So much of what we say has power & we don’t often realize the realities we are creating when we say certain things. In complaint, we find all what is wrong with something or someone & stay in an angry or annoyed state. But what we if we regarded each troubling or annyoing predicament with Love for Self & Spirit first? Try & find the opportunity for learning & speak words of encouragement to it & to you. I’ll be the first to admit that this can be difficult as thoughts rush in of “but they did this” or “this situation/task sucks.” We are human & this is normal. The point is to find the positive opposite of that thought & dwell in that. It is here you will find your Peace. Let good words come from your lips & create the reality of positivity. Love yourself & be yourself. Peace & Love ♡ ☆

Activity: Today, make a list of things that are troubling you. Next to each point, write the opposite of what would be a more peaceful approach. Say the positive approach out loud to yourself to aid yourself in believing & knowing that this is possible. Your words create the vibrations around you. Make them feel good!

Quote: Ephesians 4:29 -“Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers.”
