Ever notice that when you g et a cut & you weren’t aware of it, it doesn’t hurt? And if it does hurt before you see it, the pain is way less severe? The moment you srt your eyes and focus on the area of pain, it starts yo hurt more & more. What is always the advice we get: try not to think about it hurting, dont5focus on the pain but rather think hapoy thoughts. This also applies to life as well. When we focus on our setbacks & obstacles, painful situations & hurtful words, the pain grows. It feels worse & worse, burrowing deeper into our psyche, deeper into our hearts. But each day is a new day & we must remind ourselves to Choose Up! Look on the brighter side & let positive feelings overtake those of the negative. Let the good outshine the not-so good & show yourself that Love is all you need. Love yourself & be yourself. Peace & Love ♡ ☆

Activity : Anytime today when you feel negative & painful thought flooding your vibrations, Choose another thought. We have so mnay, why not dig a little deeper and choose the ones that make us smile. It can make all the difference between being frustrated & being calm with a clearer outlook. At the end if the day, journal your progress on how you were able to defeat the negative with the positive. Even if it was just one thought, give thanks, for it’s the first step of many.
