Breaking free from the bottled-in feeling

Good morning ♡

Some decisions & lessons learned are harder than others, but they still require us to be still for a moment & listen. A circumstance may have you feeling bottled in, may make you feel like you are looking out at the world going on outside, as though things are passing you by. Anger & fear cloud our better judgment & we lash out within ourselves & at others. But as we know there is beauty in the struggle. When we accept our lives for what they are, we may not necessarily like what is going on but it is that we no longer pass judgement on it and make moves to embrace our strengths and work on our areas of improvement. We finally break free from feeling trapped, & begin to realize that where we are is where we need to be to get us to the next level of our lives. We can now use that same bottle we feel trapped in to give us perspective, to see and appreciate where we have been so we can choose wisely where we are going. We need to accept ourselves as who we are so we can further learn who we are becoming. In that, we learn many important lessons about ourselves, & how we can face rough times but still make it out of the bottle. Love yourself & be yourself. Peace & Love ♡ ☆

How to make it out of the bottle: This process shouldn’t be nor can it beforced. Be patient. That’s it.  Take your time and work through each nook & cranny of your life & make the necessary changes &choices required to achieve your goals. Don’t forget to to record your accomplishments along the way :-)♡☆
