Be at peace. Give yourself the Love you need and remember to give it to someone else. Doing good for yourself (and I dont mean buying yourself lavish gifts or spending huge amounts of money in attempts to prove you’re worthy of something), but true good (giving yourself positive affirmations and feelings, exercising and eating better, prayer and meditation, etc). Put in what you want to get out of this experience called Life. And the first step to being comfortable with who you are, flaws and all, is to be at peace with You. Deep down, be at peace. You may not want to be where you want to be but you are where you need to be to propel you to where you need to be going. Just remember the importance of humility and take heed to the signs you are being given. Love yourself & be yourself. Peace & Love ♡ ☆
Action: Self care is of utmost importance when attempting to achieve inner peace. One way to provide yourself with such care is to start from the top. How is your mind? If you find yourself being ovwr critical about your decisions and choices in life, if you’re beating up on yourself and sayjng negative things to yourself anout yourself, then it’s time to rewind that mental tape and press record. Record over what you would normally have played to yourself (I’m useless; how could I be so stupid?; what is wrong with me?, etc), with more n positive affirmations (I can do this!, I am worthy, it is allnworking together for my good, etc). Let the positive words and phrase camcel out the negative ones and feel the greatness that naturally flows within.
