Always remember to breathe!

“Every breath is a fresh start.”

These words ring true to me every time I read them. They are pasted on my vision board, and are a daily reminder that as I am alive, as breath didn’t leave my body while I slept and woke up to another sunrise, I continue to have a chance to do better than the days before. There is always a chance to do better, you just have to reach out and take hold. Give thanks for what you do have and let Almighty handle the rest. We are here and living for reaosn. Forgive yourself of mistakes past and work towards a brighter future. Sometimes that may mean you have to confront people you’ve hurt and offer them an apology. It could be that you don’t have that chance and the best thing to do is to pay it forward and do what’s right in the next situation.  It may be that you haven’t forgiven someone else and now is the time, time to let go of the pain and embrace Love.  Every breath, every day, is a gift, a fresh start to begin again in a positive way. Love yourself & be yourself. Peace & Love ♡ ☆

Today,take a moment and focus on your breathing. For each breath, say thank you. Feel the air fill your lungs and embrace that feeling of life. It’s yours! Live it!  Love it! And anytime you begin to feel like complaining or fretting, take a deep breath and give thanks ♡
