Good morning ♡
Have you ever studied the caterpillar changing to a butterfly? Notice how in the catepillar stage it eats as much as possible, moving carefully from place to place, chowing down on healthy greens and storing up nutrients in its body. Then, when the time is right, it finds a quiet place on a branch somewhere and creates a cozy coocoon. As time passes, further growth is taking place, and when the time comes for it to break free from its seclusion, a beautiful, colorful, and amazing butterfly emerges. Growth is a process that takes time and requires much patience. It can be painful, and it can be difficult, but in the end, it is always worth it. Continue to love yourself through the struggle for in it there is always beauty. Love yourself & be yourself. Peace & Love ♡ ☆
Action :
This week, take some time to get yourself a house plant. It can small, something that can fit on your kitchen table or night stand or even living room coffee table. Take the time to water it, speak to it, nuture it. This practice is to encourage you to never forget about yourself and to put in time and effort into the things that nuture you and help you grow. I know it’s Winter but this can still be done. Visit your local florist and inquire which plant is best for indoors in this season (succulents are good options as they don’t require as much sun and water as other seasonal plants). Watch how when you put some patient TLC to your plant, how it grows and responds to your Love. Without it, it withers and eventually dies. Just as the plant needs certain TLC, so do we.

” He is like a tree planted by streams of water that yields its fruit in its season, and its leaf does not wither. In all that he does, he prospers.”- Psalms 1:3
