Make today a day where you feel more of the good than the not so good. How? Creating a gratitude list is one way to visualize the positive parts of your life and embrace what you do have, as opposed to looking at what we don’t. Another good way to see more of the good in your life is to do good for someone else, genuinely. Lend a helping hand to a stranger, respond in a more gentle manner when angered. Acts of kindness are great ways to cause you to see the good all around you and within you as it builds upon the goodness at your core self.
