♡Love yourself first ♡

Good morning ♡

Loving You is the most important step to obtaining Peace within. When you love yourself you begin to realize that it matters not what others say about you but rather what you say about yourself. By loving yourself you begin to worry less about how others will percieve you and more about how you see you.  If you can look yourself in the mirror and be proud of who you are, flaws and all, then you are peacefully headed in the right direction. Love yourself & be yourself. Peace & Love ♡ ☆

Action:

Mirror exercise: I have read about this practice in many of the Spiritual readings and practices I have learned about over the years, & in doing this myself, I know it can be a real test of wills but it is so worth it. Take some time today (or when most convenient when you have some quiet time)  and sit comfortably in front of a mirror, naked. Take a good long look at ypurself. Then, look into your eyes and begin to tell yourself about all the things you love about you. Worry not about the rolls you may have or the freckles or pimples or dimples. You are beautifully and wonderfully created, to be exactly who you are. This mirror time is for you to take time to embrace that.  Tears may flow and that’s fine. Crying is a great release of emotions and clears the mind, heart, & soul. Start from the tips of your hair strands to the tips of your toes, naming all the things you love and are grateful for about you (i.e. I am at peace with my arms because they help me to carry heavy loads and I can hug my loved ones with them). When complete, journal to yourself about the experience and give thanks for all of you. Being at peace starts with being at peace with you. ♡♡♡
