Accepting yourself is one of the first things you need to do when beginning your journey to peace. Embrace your accomplishments. Give yourself credit where it’s due and celebrate them! As much as they have been the stepping stones to your goals, so are your flaws and imperfections and embrace those too. Examine what went wrong and learn what to do next time. This will help you balance your true identity and see that you are human, and as humans, we fall. But we can always rise again. Love yourself & be yourself. Peace & Love ♡ ☆
Activity:
Make a list of 10 things you did well and give thanks for each. Make another list of 10 things that didn’t go so well and give thanks for each. Make Peace with yourself and think about how far you have come and envision yourself going even farther. You can add to this list as the day goes on and in the days to follow. Keep it with you and review when you feel down and can’t seem to see the beautiful human being you are. You can do this!
